On January 27, we met for the 1st MaLiS CLub of 2026 at the Biomedical Center II on Venusberg Campus.
Inge Wortl from Radboud University (Nijmegen, The netherlands) spoke about her data- and model-driven research in immunology and cancer growth, and Anna Cord from the Institute of Crop Science and Resource Conservation at the University of Bonn on "(Some) challenges and open questions in agro-ecological modeling".
As usual, the talks werre follwoed by some lively discussions, which were continued during the coffee break.
