After the first extra-MaLiS Club, which took place on September 10 with presentations by Tal Shay and Esti Yeger-Lotem, the second extra-MaLiS Club will be at the Alte Sternwarte, Room Lyra (Poppelsdorfer Alllee 47) on September 26.
Ioannis Alexopoulos, coordinator of the Multiscale Imaging Platform at the Institute for Lung Health of the Justus Liebig University Giessen, will talk about "Light Microscopy: The road to a successful imaging experiment."
Unfortunatley, our second invited speaker, Daniel Galvis from the University of Birmingham, had to cancel his vist to Bonn.
Instead we are very happy to have Simon Merkt from the LIMES Institute who will speak about "A Dynamic Model for Waddington's Landscape Accounting for Cell-to-Cell Communication".
We are looking forward to the presentations and to lively discussions. As always, there will be coffee and cake.
