pyPESTO and AMICI Workshop registration

The workshop on pyPESTO and AMICI will take place on Thursday, March 19 14:30 -17:30.

In this afternoon workshop, you'll learn the basics of using pyPESTO and AMICI for simulating and analyzing dynamic models. We’ll cover how AMICI can simulate models and perform sensitivity analysis, and how pyPESTO helps with optimization and uncertainty analysis. The session will help you get started using these tools in your own projects—no prior experience needed. Additional topics can be included based on participant interest and feedback

The participation in the workshop is free of costs, but registration is required. Please register until February 15, 2026.

The number of participants is limited to 25 - in case of more registrations, we reserve the right to select participants based on their prior experiences. You will be notified about your participation in the workshop by February 16, 2026.
